Refund policy

Due to the nature of the item, we do not accept returns, refunds order cancelations or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver to you or you receive a wrong or faulty item.
In this case please provide a photo of the item within 72 hours of delivery.

If Shipping Protection with us is purchased it covers damages to your order. Once you receive your order please check over and notify us with 72 hours with photographic proof of damage. If shipping protection is not purchased, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim.

We are not responsible for any lost stolen packages or incorrect addresses.
